Your website is usually the second thing a customer checks, right after they have found you on WhatsApp or Google. It has about four seconds to say what you do, prove you are real, and make it easy to get in touch. Everything else is secondary to that.
The website problem in Zimbabwe
Two things go wrong here more than anywhere else. The first is weight. A typical agency site is four to eight megabytes, which on a mobile connection is slow and costs the person looking at your business real money in data. People do not wait, and they do not tell you they left.
The second is abandonment. A site gets built, the person who built it moves on, the platform needs updating, a plugin breaks, the hosting lapses, and the business ends up with a site it cannot change and is quietly embarrassed by.
We build against both. Sites here are held to under 400KB for a full page including images, and they are built on plain, durable technology that still works in five years without a subscription holding it up.

Five pages, done properly. The right choice for a business that needs to exist online, credibly, without spending money it does not have yet. Up to five pages, mobile first because that is where nearly all your traffic is, a contact form and click-to-WhatsApp, basic SEO with titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Google indexing, and your map and business details.
Business, $380
For a business that needs to publish, not just exist. Everything above with more pages, a built-in admin area so you can edit pages and post updates yourself, a blog or news section, full SEO setup and Google Analytics, Google Business Profile setup, a gallery or portfolio system, and multiple contact forms routed to the right person.
Custom, from $650
When the website has to do something rather than just say something. Online booking and appointments, client portals and logins, payment integration, stock or catalogue systems, e-commerce, and integration with a business system we have built you. At this tier it is software.

How long it takes
First concept in three to fifteen working days depending on complexity. Three revision rounds are included. The thing that actually decides the date is how quickly the text and the photographs arrive, which is why they are top of the list below.
What we need from you
The last one on this list decides whether the finished site looks expensive or cheap.
- Your logo and brand files, or the branding work as part of the project
- Text for each page, or a briefing session and we write it
- Your Google Business Profile access, if you have one
- A domain name, your choice, registered in your name and included in the fee
- Photographs. Worth spending on, and the single biggest thing that decides how the site reads
Common questions
Can I update it myself?
On the Business tier and up, yes, through a built-in admin area rather than a third-party platform you have to keep updating. On Starter, small changes are covered while your support month runs and by a support plan after that. We would rather you did not have a system to log into and fight with for a five page site.
What about WordPress?
We do not build on it by default. It is fine software that has become a maintenance liability for small businesses: plugins to update, security to watch, and a site that breaks when nobody is looking. What we build has no plugins to update and nothing to subscribe to. If you specifically need WordPress, say so and we will discuss it honestly rather than talk you out of it.
Do you do e-commerce?
Yes. Selling online in Zimbabwe is mostly a payments question rather than a website question, and both local and international payment options are available. Which ones you take is your decision, and we will tell you what is realistic for your kind of business before you commit to anything.
What support is included after launch?
One month of support, plus a twelve month warranty on major bugs. Those are different things and it matters: the warranty means we fix what we got wrong, for a year, at no cost. The support month covers questions and small help. After that a support plan takes over, and you choose the tier at the start of the project rather than being sold one at handover.
