Most architecture practices hand over the drawings and stop.
A shop still needs a name above the door, a logo, a sign, a website and a way to take bookings. A clinic still needs a patient system. A new housing development still needs a brand before a single unit sells.
We do that side too. It is not an add-on, it is the reason the practice exists. And if you would rather use your own web and branding people, that is completely fine. The drawings do not change either way.

The idea, in plan and in three dimensions, at the stage where it is still cheap to change your mind.

Concept becomes real drawings. Two revision rounds are included as standard.

The full set: plans, elevations, sections and the council submission drawings.

Common questions
Do I need an architect, or can I just buy plans?
If you own a stand and want a straightforward home, a ready-made plan is often the right answer and it is much cheaper. You need a designer when the site is awkward, when the house has to fit a specific way of living, or when a ready plan would need so many changes that you end up paying twice. We will tell you honestly which one you are.
Will the drawings be approved by council?
We prepare a complete, correct set of council submission drawings, and we help you deal with council queries when they come up. What we will not do is promise you an approval or a date. Council decisions and council turnaround are outside our control and are genuinely hard to predict, and anyone who guarantees either is telling you something they cannot know. What we can promise is that the drawings will not be the reason for a problem, and that we will still be here when one comes up.
Can a small practice handle my project?
Twenty-eight completed projects and four deployed systems since 2023. Small enough that the person who designs your project is the person you call.
