A website is not finished when it launches. It has to stay up, stay secure, keep its email working, and get changed occasionally. This is the part nobody thinks about until the morning it stops working.
What goes wrong, and when
Sites do not usually fail dramatically. They fail quietly.
A domain expires because the renewal notice went to an address nobody checks any more, and the site and every email address on it stop the same morning. A certificate lapses and every visitor gets a browser warning saying the site is not safe. Email starts going to spam because the records were never set up properly. A form stops sending and nobody notices for six weeks, which means six weeks of enquiries nobody answered.
None of these are hard to prevent. They happen because nobody was responsible for them.

Hosting
Reliable hosting suited to what you actually run, set up correctly with HTTPS, backups and sensible security.
Domains
Registration and renewal, kept in your name, with renewal dates tracked so a domain never lapses by accident. Your domain is your business's address, and it should never be registered in a supplier's name, including ours.
Professional email
you@yourbusiness.co.zw instead of a free address. We set up mailboxes and the records that actually decide whether your mail lands in an inbox or in spam, which is a genuinely technical job that is usually skipped. If you would rather have Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we set those up too and the licences are billed by the provider at their price.
Maintenance
Updates, backups checked rather than assumed, security patched, uptime monitored, and forms tested so a broken one is caught by us rather than by a customer who never got a reply.
Support
Somebody to call. Support keeps what you have working. Changing it or adding to it is quoted separately, and the test is whether it is a repair or a change rather than how long it takes.

Annual is twelve months for the price of ten. Monthly is available on every plan, and most clients start there.
No lock-in on monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. Move to annual whenever you like and we credit the month you have already paid. Larger than this, with multiple sites or systems, is quoted.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Everything we build runs on ordinary hosting, so you can take it anywhere, and we hand over whatever a competent host needs. The reason to keep it with us is single responsibility: when the site, the email, the domain and the system are all with one supplier, there is nobody to point at when something breaks, which means it gets fixed instead of debated.
Common questions
I already have hosting. Can you work with it?
Usually yes. Send us the details and we will tell you whether it is suitable. Occasionally it is not, and we will say so and explain exactly why rather than just recommending a move.
What if my site goes down at night?
We do not run a 24 hour service, and we would rather say so than promise one we cannot staff. Anything that happens overnight is picked up during office hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Monitoring runs continuously, so we usually know before you do.
Am I locked in?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. You can move to annual whenever you like and we credit the month you have already paid, which is usually what people do once they have watched it work for a while.
Can you take over a site somebody else built?
Often, yes. It depends what it is built on and whether we can get proper access. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether we can maintain it, because taking on a site we cannot properly support helps nobody.
