Most architecture firms design buildings. Most digital agencies build websites. A business that is opening a shop needs both, on the same timeline, and usually ends up managing four suppliers who have never spoken to each other.

Why the practice is set up this way
Modern businesses exist in two places at once. A clinic is a building and a booking system. A shop is a shopfront and a Google listing. A housing development is a site plan and a brand that has to sell units before any of them are finished.
Splitting that between an architect and an agency means the sign gets designed after the fascia is built, the website launches three weeks after the doors open, and nobody owns the parts in between. We do both halves so those parts have an owner.
What we are not
We are not a large firm and we do not pretend to be. Twenty-eight completed projects and four deployed systems since 2023, small enough that the person who designs your project is the person you call, and small enough that we can tell you when a job is not for us.
We also do not replace specialists. If you already have a builder, a web developer or a branding person you trust, we work alongside them. What we do is connect design, technology and planning so they point at the same goal, which is usually the part nobody has been paid to do.
How we price
Every price on this site is published, including the ones that are ranges and the ones that are quoted per job. Good design should be accessible, and the way to make it accessible is transparency and modular services rather than a discount.
You can take one service or combine them. The smallest thing you can buy from us is complete rather than partial, which is the difference between a price that is competitive and a price that is cheap.
What we turn down, and what we will not promise
We will not promise a council approval or a date
We prepare a complete set of council submission drawings and we help you deal with queries. Council decisions and turnaround are outside anyone's control and genuinely hard to predict. Anybody who guarantees either is telling you something they cannot know.
We will not promise you the first result on Google
Nobody controls Google's ranking, and the suppliers who claim to are describing paid ads. We will tell you what is realistic for your business in your market before you spend anything.
We will not quote a build cost from a photograph
Cost per square metre depends on your site, your finishes, your builder and what materials are doing this month. Tell us your budget and we design inside it, which is the useful version of that answer.
We will talk you down to the cheaper option
A ready-made plan instead of a custom design, a layout change instead of a move, one system instead of three. We have told clients to spend nothing. It costs us a job and it is why the next conversation happens.

Can a studio this size handle my project?
Twenty-eight completed projects and four deployed systems since 2023, including two business platforms that are in daily production use. Small enough that the person who designs your project is the person you call, and experienced enough that the drawings get built.
Do I have to buy both halves?
No, and most clients do not. Plenty have only ever needed drawings, and plenty have only ever needed a website. The two sides are separate services that happen to sit under one roof, and the price of each is the same either way.
Where do you work?
Harare, and across Zimbabwe. Design, drawings and digital work run the same wherever you are. Projects that need site visits outside Harare are handled case by case and agreed up front.
